Healthy eating shouldn’t be seen as a chore and with the personalised service I offer, I will provide support and help get you on the right path to eating better and feeling better within yourself. I will provide professional, yet easy to follow guidance and information about the key facts and benefits of good nutrition.
During the consultation I will look at the whole picture, consider medical history, current health status and dietary intake, to create a personalised health and wellbeing plan to seek out the root of the problem, rather than concentrate on symptoms alone.

Hello, my name is Kasia, I really appreciate you visiting my website. I am registered Nutritional Therapist with a Diploma in Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I graduated at The Warsaw University of Life Sciences with a BSC in Human Nutrition and Food Technology. I am also a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).I am passionate about helping you to understand the importance of healthy eating and its relationship with your body and mind. 'My aim is to help people turn daily practices and actions into long-term habits which can improve their health. When I was thinking about ideas for my logo it was important to me to demonstrate to potential clients all the rainbow colours which can be brought to your plate from a range of fruits and vegetables. The importance of variety and eating across the rainbow wheel cannot be understated. It helps to maintain optimal health, increase energy levels and vitality. So, let’s "eat the rainbow"

One-to-one consultation - £95
1 x Initial consultation (up to 90 minutes) in person.
The one-to-one consultations will take place in a relaxed atmosphere - it is my priority that you feel comfortable throughout the process. I will ask about health history and analyse your current diet to develop an individualised nutritional plan to address the underlying causes of any health issues. In addition to this I will research and prepare of a personalised wellness plan. I’m also able to offer a discount on a range of supplements.

Additional follow-up consultations - £55
1 x follow-up consultation (up to 60 minutes) in person.
A follow up appointment is recommended approximately 6 weeks after the initial consultation to monitor progress and if required, adapt the wellness plan.
